Hiring: Interviews are No Longer
Enough

It is common knowledge that what separates great organizations
from mediocre ones are the people found within its ranks.
Fill a company with talented, committed, and passionate
leaders and staffers, and you’re bound to see success.
Unfortunately, finding those kinds of employees, and retaining
them long-term, has become one of the biggest challenges
organizations face today.
Consider the following: 38% of hiring managers report
having difficulty finding good candidates. The pool of
qualified candidates is rapidly shrinking: There are only
44 million members of Generations X and Y compared to
78 million Baby Boomers. ... Turnover costs about 1.5
times the salary of the departing employee....
Incorporating assessment instruments into the hiring process
not only increase the organization’s hiring success, but
also serves to accurately measure a variety of different
traits that the organization deems critical for the job,
and therefore should be identified in candidates who are
